On this page find more information on what we are doing during the Coronavirus outbreak; policies and other details.

We are still having church service

Now that the government has given us the go ahead to meet again we are delighted and have put things in place to facilitate your safety and aid in guarding us all. We will observe the following measures and would ask you also to do what is needed to help protect yourself and others in the church building:
  • There will be a maximum of bookable 28 seats at any given service, each person will be allowed to attend one service per week (Wednesday PM / Sunday AM / Sunday PM). You will need to visit the book seats page to book your seat for service, this will need to be done each week.
  • The Library, kitchen, prayer room and nursery will remain closed for the time being.
  • If you have a medical condition or are elderly it is advised you stay at home.
  • Modest face masks are welcome, but face masks are not compulsory.

For those with children, as we would like to make as much provision for adults to attend as possible, we would ask you allow your children to remain at home. We would like you to also have the opportunity to gather as a church body should you wish, to do so safely we advise using the 'bubble' as described by the government. As an idea, you could:
  • Gather your 'bubble' and watch the live stream together
or
  • Use your 'bubble' to alternate; so one of you could attend church at the building while the other stays with the children.

We would like you to feel safe when coming to the church building, and so have provided the following:
  • Hand sanitiser is available to the entrance of the building and in the main hall by the sound desk
  • Chairs are arranged apart at the recommended distance
  • There will only be 2 people allowed in the toilets at any given time
  • Offerings will continue to be online only
  • Cleaners are arranging an extra rota and are cleaning the building regularly
  • The live stream will continue for at least another 2 months
  • Childrens Church will continue via Zoom on Thursdays

For further information or clarification please do not hesitate to contact us.
